“One day you will understand. That happiness was always about learning how to live with yourself; that happiness was never in the hands of other people. It was always about you.” ~ Bianca Sparacino
Jo is a Clairvoyant Channel and Intuitive Development Mentor who connects to the Akashic Realm to share the wisdom and guidance of Spirit. She helps her clients and students develop and strengthen their own intuitive abilities in order to stay focused on their Lifepath as they journey in prosperous co-creation with the Universe. She teaches the importance of looking inward, understanding Universal Law and transforming emotional triggers and wounds into purpose and potential.
“My name is Jo, and I’m the blessed and very appreciative owner of this amazing studio. I’m a Clairvoyant/Clairaudient Channel, an Empath, and an Energy Therapist. To nourish my soul, I’m a writer, a jewelry designer and I’m passionate about teaching others how to develop their own intuitive abilities and use them to enrich their lives and the lives of others.
I believe that in order to confidently stand in your own power, you must first learn to stop giving it away to others, and I believe that learning how to heal and honor the wounds that exist within us at bone deep levels is the key to radical self-acceptance and living joyfully every day.”
Rachel Berzack, Licensed Massage Therapist
“Here, at whatever hour you come, you will find light and help and human kindness.” ~ Dr. Albert Schweitzer
“I have always possessed a desire for helping my fellow human. While attending Michigan State University for a bachelor’s degree in Communication, I harnessed this passion by volunteering for the MSU Sexual Assault Crisis Intervention Team. Social Justice quickly became the epicenter of my focus.
After graduation I spent time as the Community Relations Coordinator for a local domestic violence program and served as the co-chair for the Greater Lansing Take Back the Night festival. I also assisted in the building of a sexual assault program in northern Michigan as a Sexual Assault Advocate. Through this work I became fascinated with how trauma is stored and relived within the physical body. This also led to a deep interest in the human body’s innate capacity to heal ourselves.
The idea of healing our emotional selves through the healing of our physical selves sparked a flame in my heart and mind. I didn’t know how I knew, but this was something I was supposed to do. I eventually made the decision to chase this newfound dream and return to Lansing to obtain my massage therapy license, completing 1200 hours of course work and clinic hours.
Now that I have found a home for my practice, I am honored and eager to offer Trauma-Informed Massage Therapy services to clients.
Social change happens slowly, person by person and choice by choice.
The poet Rumi wrote: “Yesterday I was clever, so I wanted to change the world. Today I am wise, so I am changing myself.”
Helping to facilitate the healing of people with trauma, pain, disease, stress, and suffering is not just a personal and professional mission of mine. It is my heart-offering to our world and a vital step in creating lasting positive emotional and social change.”
